Greece Yoga Retreat
Yup. It's happening—a Yoga Retreat in Greece.
Join me on September 9-15(2026) for a great journey of
self-discovery and joy! Our retreat takes place on the Greek island of Kefalonia. It is an island of pure wonder for many reasons: the beautiful beaches, the breathtaking caves, the rich history, and the ancient Greek Mythology said to take place on its very land.
This retreat will be a joyous journey to the heart. 7 days filled with adventure, food, art, fun, Greece, and (of course) yoga.
Highlights
Yoga
Our day begins at 7:30am, with morning yoga & meditation looking out onto Mount Ainos- the beatiful mother mountain that naturally reserves the entire island's fresh water supply. Before dinner, yin yoga will be offered to stretch & reflect on our day.
Daily Excursions
Every day brings a new adventure. We will explore historic towns, beautiful beaches, and scenic nature. This includes a boat charter to hidden caves & crystal white beaches. You will get to see everything that makes Kefalonia the jewel of the Ionion Sea.
Scuba Diving
Ready to exprience ~a whole new world~ ?! There will be an optionional opportunity to try scuba diving with Fiskardo Divers in the Luxourios town of Fiskardo. If diving isn't your thing- Fiskardo is a town full of shops, beaches, and historic ruins to explore.
Photos
As part of this self-love retreat, we have an extraordinary photographer, Kayleigh, to capture the memories of our trip. She has a gift to make anyone feel comfortable & beautiful behind the camera. This retreat includes a digital album of all our memories & a few that are just yours.

Did you know this is the island that's rumored to be where Homer wrote The Odyssey? Kefalonia is an island full of wonder and inspiration around every corner. We get to spend 7 days of yoga, meditation, and hopping around the island, appreciating Kefalonia.
This retreat is a call for true, unconditional self-love. It takes trust in yourself to join. It takes discipline to save up for something you want. It takes a radical act of self-love to say, "You know what? I deserve this." and actually do it.
