Our Day-to-Day
Arrival Day
Once the majority arrives at the Ionion Center in the afternoon, we will do a neighborhood hike down to the beach for a restorative beach yoga session and swim. We will hike back up to the Ionion Center enjoy our welcome dinner!
Assos
Assos is a historic town in Kefalonia and one of the main sites to see! Very walking friendly, it's a colorful town with a breathtaking cove to swim around. There's light hiking, a historic castle, and great places to lunch by the beach.
Lixouri
This is a great town to get your shopping on or chill by the bay. It's a great place to eat, too! Our Lixouri day will either include a an extra moment to shop in Argostoli (a "neighboring" town) or baby hike to oceanic cliffs.
Boat Day
Just us yogis will enjoy a private boat around the Zola Caves for a day of swimming & whismy! These special caves are only accessible by boat. A picnic lunch will be made as we spend the day soaking in light, love, & sea.
Scuba Diving
Ready to exprience a whole new world!? There's an optionional opportunity to try scuba diving with Fiskardo Divers in the Luxurious town of Fiskardo. If diving isn't your thing- Fiskardo is full of shops, beaches, & historic ruins to explore.
!! Yogi's Choice !!
There will be a little survey sent to those signing up for the retreat to have a say in our acivities! I can't decide on a hike on the top half of Mt. Ainos or taking yall to my favorite "secret beach!" Yogis will decide!
Departure Day
We will have breakfast at the Ionion Center. As a group, we will take our neighborhood hike down to the beach for our final yoga session together in Greece. We will swim and then hike back up for goodbyes until next time!

Most of this depends on weather! You can look forward to these excursions but they might re-arrange in order as we get closer to our retreat.
Your Accommodation Options
Ionion Center
The Ionion Center for Arts & Culture serves as our central hub. This is where we will eat & enjoy some of our yoga practices.
The Ionion Center is not a hotel. This is a space for artists to reflect and focus on their work. This space is beautiful in its way of allowing creativity to flow.
There are 9 private rooms- all unique. You can expect a twin bed, a space to journal, a bit of ambiance, and a private bathroom.
lol (i'll leave this up cause it makes me laugh) but ! this was my room for about 3 months! I had a wardrobe & private balcony looking out onto the neighborhood!
i'm very much moved in here as you can see. yes that is my cat. he came with me 😂. he was so good & patient. he will not be joining us for our retreat!
